Graduate Petition Form

The Graduate Petition Form is used to request an exemption from the Department, College, or University academic guidelines established for all graduate students. Strong justification needs to be provided for this kind of petition.

MS program of Study Form

This form is intended for a Master student to identify the courses making up his or her graduate program of study. It includes graduate courses transferred from another program as well as the classes (and semesters) which the student has taken or will take at UCF to satisfy the requirements for the MS degree. The Program of Study Form needs to be completed, in consultation with an advisor, after the student has completed 9 credit hours towards their Masters degree.

PHD Program of Study Form

This form is intended for a Ph.D. student to identify the courses making up his or her graduate program of study. It includes graduate courses transferred from another program as well as the classes ( and semesters) which the student has taken or will take at UCF to satisfy the requirements for the Ph.D. degree. The Program of Study Form needs to be completed, in consultation with an advisor, after the student has completed 9 credit hours towards their Ph.D. degree.

Intent to Graduate Form

This form is completed by a graduate student (Masters or Ph.D.) during the semester in which he or she intends to graduate. This form starts the process of checking that the student satisfies all the graduation requirements set forth by the University, College and the Department from which the student graduates.

Traveling Scholar Form

The traveling Scholar Form is used by a graduate student at UCF interested in taking a class, not available at UCF, at another academic institution. A maximum of 6 credit hours can be taken from another institution, while a student pursues a graduate degree at UCF.
