  • Information Technology Association of America
    • Most Employers have IT jobs associated with management and administration of Information Systems.
    • Fifty percent of all IT jobs are in the two positions
      • technical support and network administration
    • The single most important skill is a good knowledge base in the relevant area
    • The second most desirable skill is hands-on experience
    • Other skills: good communication, the ability to learn quickly and solve problems
