Client Profile
Our client is one of the largest independent IT and business process services companies in the World.

They help government agencies implement the tools and technology solutions that improve client access to services and programs, enabling caseworkers and their managers to more effectively manage, track and measure the progress of their clients. They deliver strategic and tactical planning, business and program analysis, systems integration and consulting expertise to help government agencies better support the children and families in their care.

Current Need
End User Support Technicians- to assist the State of Florida system users after they complete their training and start using the system.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Provide State of Florida users with Tier 1 support
  2. Answer questions about how to use system
  3. Document user issues with system and maintain log of open issues, as necessary.
  4. Provide instruction / training on how to log in / log out, and perform basic system functions.
  5. Escalate user issues, as necessary, per the support protocol.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience providing technical support/in-person help desk on web based applications
  2. Excellent support service skills (verbal, written, problem solving)
  3. Business Casual Dress code
  4. BS/BA/AA from accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  5. Ability to pass background check (felony conviction, credit, gross misdemeanor)
  6. Ability to travel for training  
  7. Ability to provide own transportation, as necessary, to complete assignment
  8. Ability to use credit card for incidental expenses (food, lodging, mileage) as needed to complete assignment.

Length of Assignment
7 Weeks: Up to 2-3 weeks of paid training (Tallahassee) and 4 weeks of support at user locations. 

Compensation

  1. Competitive hour wage plus a completion bonus
  2. Expense reimbursement for expenses related to engagement
  3. $18/hr. + $500 phase 1 completion bonus
