3. (a) Describe 2 language-like notations that are not programming languages
	in your area of interest.
   (b) Give a small example written in each notation.
   (c) Describe a problem with one of the two notations that is specific to
	the notation itself; that is, which could be improved by changing
	the notation, as opposed to changing how the notation is implemented.
